Very nice view in a maritime restaurant. Wonderfully relaxing.

The food was good, but the hygiene measures were an absolute joke: - The already quite unmotivated staff often wear the mask under their noses and, for example, not behind the counter at all. - It is not ventilated at all (but there are enough possibilities through many windows), so the air in the beach hall is very, very warm and stuffy until it is no longer possible - The tables are far too small to each other, so you sit back to back. The 1.5 meter minimum distance is therefore not observed. Conclusion: The food was good and delicious, but the protection against infection is catastrophic: the beach hall is currently not recommended, there are enough other and very tasty restaurants on the island

The view is phenomenal, the Kaiserschmarrn dry and probably out of the bag, the drinks okay but the service is an absolute disaster, as well as the prices, very, very pity you expect something completely different with this great terrace, the rooms furnished with attention to detail . In response to the nowadays normal, polite request as to whether you may choose a seat, a lady who is impossibly dressed gives a uncommented shrug of the shoulders - unbelievable behavior from the service staff. Dear owners of this very beautiful location, please take care of your shop.

We were here for a spontaneous getaway this weekend. The staff was friendly and the food was ok but not good. One side of a burger was charred and there was consistently no seasoning. Even if the staff was actually friendly, as mentioned, they didn't even ask whether we wanted something to drink or whether it was tasty. We could certainly have pointed out the shortcomings ourselves, but we didn't. For us it's still good enough for a second chance. Because it is a really nice place, we hope that there was a little mistake with us, which does not otherwise occur. The only real downer was the prices. It was very expensive for what was offered.

Even in these Corona times, it would theoretically be possible to choose a table in this restaurant yourself - but if you wait to be assigned one by the staff, you would probably wait until the never-ending day! Ergo: the staff is a disaster, it also remains unclear whether you are understood as a German-speaking person at all! The food is mediocre, a lot of convenience food, the prices astronomical and completely unjustified! The cocktails taste like cheap alcohol. All that remains is the great view, but you can also enjoy it outside for free with your own drink.

This year we celebrated our wedding in the beach hall. A big thank you again to the entire team, it was an unforgettable day. Everyone was very flexible and very accommodating. Everything was great! We ate there again on the last evening with the whole company. We can recommend the beach hall with a clear conscience;)

It used to be a really great location. Now just a catastrophe. Unmotivated, unskilled staff. Loveless food at completely inflated prices. That this does not change the Kolb family is a mystery to me ...

The cocktails are delicious, highly recommended. The food was good but very excessive Prices, even for this location. The tables around us were not disinfected during our visit because the occupancy changed. Only new table pads were distributed.

The restaurant with the most beautiful location and the best view of the whole island has still not made it to the "old" level after the change of operator a few years ago. The starter came before the drinks, several dishes from the additional menu were not available, and the wine ordered with the main course did not come. That shouldn't happen at the price level

Food is generally okay, but far too expensive for what is on offer. If it cost 30-40 percent less, you would be in a good relationship. The waitresses try differently, but mostly not very enthusiastic if you want something from them. In addition, nobody there understands German or at least English properly, so that in the best case you will be muted and then leave again. You don't really feel welcome. No comparison to the old managing director, who now leads the ebb and flow. This is a real innkeeper. The restaurant is still beautiful, the location is a dream. Unfortunately, that's about it.
